Are you celebrating or sad as 2023 comes to a close?

The end of year is approaching, and I always love seeing all the celebrations of successful years for many! 🎉

However, in the current SaaS climate, many might be experiencing a less than satisfying quarter or year, revenue wise. This can be tough!

In the partner world, don't despair! We are lucky that revenue isn’t the only lever we can pull. Even if the revenue didn’t turn out for you this year, there is most likely a lot of other positive impact that your work has had this year, if you dive into your metrics a little more deeply.

Have you checked out:

Churn rate? (Usually it’s lower with partner deals!)

Average Selling Price? (Usually it’s higher in partner deals!)

Time to Sale? (usually it’s faster with partner deals!)

These are great metrics to remind yourself (and perhaps your executive team) that partnerships has a bigger impact than just revenue.

Stay positive, and remember that although revenue is important, it isn’t the only thing- and gear up for an exciting 2024!
