Partners involvement can result in 30% less churn (thanks Crossbeam and Freshworks for this data) Partners can also help customers who are struggling get back on track, and customers who use a partner in implementation often are healthier and have a better experience. Need I say more?!

Customers are also a treasure chest of insight for partner teams. You can learn a lot from listening to your customers needs & struggles, and use them to optimise your partner strategy and grow your partner network- not to mention referrals to drive additional revenue!
